Highlights
ST Aerospace supported the 757-200SF STC development and conversion in early 2000. Working closely with our partners, the engineering development for the 141/2-pallet configuration was completed in 20 months. A total of 17 aircraft were converted and redelivered to DHL.

Going beyond PTF conversions, ST Aerospace was involved in the development of a unique multi-role combination solution for two Royal New Zealand Air Force’s (RNZAF) 757-200 aircraft. The design, modification and certification were performed in accordance with the FAA STC process. Both RNZAF aircraft have been successfully redelivered with enhanced capabilities and are now in operational service.

Using the same engineering know-how and production efficiency, ST Aerospace developed an FAA-approved STC for FedEx and was awarded a contract to convert 87 aircraft to a 14-pallet configuration. Redelivered aircraft are now in operational service.
