Value Added Services
To facilitate quick dissemination of realtime information on the status of aircraft undergoing maintenance, and to allow this information to be accessed through a secure connection anywhere, anytime, we have developed an e-CRM (Customer Relations Management) web-based platform.
This Internet-based programme encompasses a series of specially tailored websites, providing customers with convenient access to detailed status of aircraft maintenance progress, materials usage and aircraft schedule.
To complement the e-CRM platform, we have also developed the Aerobook tool that provides workers on the shop floor with direct access to aircraft maintenance documentation and allows the mechanic to raise inspection findings and material requisitions electronically.
All these features translate into improved process efficiency and reduced aircraft downtime, leading to lower aircraft maintenance cost for our customers.
Total Commitment to Quality Aircraft Engineering
We are committed to quality aircraft engineering.
Our inspectors are fully licensed by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
Random and in-process regular audits are conducted by our quality assurance department to ensure that all aircraft are serviced according to airworthiness requirements and standards.
ST Aerospace Services Co is approved as a repair station by CAAS, EASA, FAA, the Japanese Civil Aviation Bureau (JCAB) and other airworthiness authorities.
